Ms. Karmen Mack

School Administrator/Director,
Little Sunshines Academy - Winterville

I have been working in early childhood education for 13 years, and during that time I’ve gained valuable experience supporting children as they learn and grow. I also earned my Child Development Credentials and an associate degree in Medical Administration, which have both helped strengthen my work in the classroom and beyond.

I was born in Philadelphia, PA, and I am a proud mother of four beautiful children. My family is my greatest joy, and outside of work I love spending time with my children and loved ones. Being both a mother and an educator allows me to connect with families in a meaningful way, and I am passionate about creating nurturing environments where children feel safe, loved, and encouraged to thrive.
